BOSSARD Group in key dates
1963
The company is created by Michel BOSSARD in La Roche sur Yon. Main activities : General electricity. Staff : 4 persons.
1987
The wiring workshop opens in Cholet.
1989
The design department is created in La Roche sur Yon.
Staff : 64 persons.
1999
Acquisition of the company by Michel GUILLEMENT and Patrice NEAUD.
Staff : 90 persons.
2004
Extension of the workshop in Cholet.
2007
BOSSARD carries out major projects in Gabon in the Oil and Gas fields. Beginning of the partnership with MAUREL & PROM.
BOSSARD obtains certifications : MASE UIC in 2007 (French safety certification) and ISO 9001 in 2009.
2013
BOSSARD celebrates 50 years.
Extension of the building of La Roche sur Yon with + 1300 m² of warehouse and +700 m² of premises.
2015
On April 11th, BASIS joins the BOSSARD Group.
2017
On May 11th, acquisition of the company by Benoit LEROUX alongside Patrice NEAUD.
