The information published on the site www.bossard-sa.fr is the property of BOSSARD.

Any total or partial copy cannot be done without the agreement of BOSSARD. Users are responsible for the questions they ask as well as the interpretation and use they make of the results. It is their responsibility to use them in accordance with the current regulations and the recommendations of the National Commission for Informatics and Freedoms (CNIL) when the data has a nominative nature.

Links

The creation of hypertext links by third parties to pages or documents distributed on this site, which may constitute infringement of copyright, an act of parasitism or defamation, it must be subject to a BOSSARD authorization which can be requested directly from the site administrator.

The corresponding authorization will be granted if the links do not contravene the interests of BOSSARD, and if they guarantee the possibility for the user to identify the BOSSARD origin on the document, in particular in the case of deep hypertext links, framing or insertion by links.

Similarly, BOSSARD has requested in writing the authorization to create links to its site from all indicated servers: the information remains the full property of these servers and cannot engage the responsibility of the company in any way.

All rights of reproduction are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations. Any extraction and / or reproduction of a substantial part of the information disseminated on the site is prohibited without the prior authorization of BOSSARD and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of intellectual property. The code of the Intellectual Property specifies that one must quote the source or ask the authorization of the author of the images.

It only plays within the framework of the respect of the copyright. As a creation of the mind, images (even screenshots) are therefore protected by copyright (Article L112-2-9 of the Intellectual Property Code). Reproduction or representation, without permission, of images, text or documents is punishable on the civil level by a conviction for damages and interest. These damages and interest are calculated on a case-by-case basis. It depends on the loss of the victim, the harm caused by the distortion of the way the site is presented, and the repercussions of having the author of the site, the way the image was put forward and the one she eventually reported in financial terms to the designer.
